Approach

Brief and build.

A full visualization and film package for a logistics centre on Ruta 226, developed by Sebastián Gigli. Exteriors, operational context, and an interactive 360° tour for client and tenant presentations. A project that belongs to a category usually under-served by serious image work — and treated here as a brand-grade marketing asset.

"Logistics deserves the same seriousness as any other brand."

Industrial and logistics projects tend to be photographed as objects of record, not as brand assets. The brief pushed the other direction: a logistics centre sold as infrastructure with identity. Scale is the hard part — the images had to communicate the site's footprint, road access, and operational logic while still carrying a legible architectural gesture.
