A visualization package for a residential project on the bay at Playa Varese, for developer Gama Inmobiliaria. Exteriors, cinematic film, and a 360° tour — all built around the site's singular asset: an uninterrupted ocean frontage that is already part of the city's visual memory.

Every image had to hold two things at once: the architectural proposal, and the location that justifies it. Composition was kept disciplined — the tower earns its foreground, but the bay is always allowed to breathe. Light was graded to Argentine coastal palettes: open sky, long shadows, a sea that reads as place rather than backdrop.
