Approach

Brief and build.

A full pre-sales visualization package for a fifteen-floor residential tower on one of the older avenues of downtown Mar del Plata. Exteriors in daylight and at dusk. A complete amenity suite — pool, spa, sauna, gym, jacuzzi terrace, private cinema, wine cellar, coworking lounge. Penthouse interiors. Branded collateral for the sales office. The package is being delivered in stages, with updates continuing as the project advances.

The work covers fifteen distinct spaces — from the building exterior through shared amenities and the penthouse apartments — each treated as its own marketing asset while holding a consistent material and lighting language across the set.

"Each space is designed to sell on its own. The challenge was making them all read as one building."

The site sits within Mar del Plata's older architectural grain. The brief asked the new tower to read as a contemporary addition that respects the heritage character of its block, while opening up the ocean views the plot had never fully framed. Every exterior holds those two priorities in balance. Interior lighting was pushed warm at the human scale so each amenity reads as a place to inhabit, not a technical frame.
