A full visualization package for a residential building on Corrientes 2347, at the busy centre of downtown Mar del Plata. Exteriors, a cinematic marketing film, and an interactive 360° walkthrough for off-plan sales. The tenth residential project delivered in collaboration with Soprano Arquitectura — a long-standing developer partner whose typology the studio has refined over a decade of repeat work.
The site sits in the dense commercial grain of downtown — neighbouring buildings close on both flanks, active street traffic, competing visual noise from signage and frontages. The architecture had to read cleanly from street level and at approach; the object has to pop without fighting the block. Lighting was staged to carry the building's volume and material against the density around it.
