A residential tower on Avenida Alem in Mar del Plata, delivered with architect Julian Lamarre under the Linehouse brand. Every facade rendered at day and dusk — frontal, right, left — plus ground-level street compositions, a full duplex interior suite (kitchen, living, lounge), and complete amenity coverage including SUM, pool plaza and terraces.
Layered typologies are hard to photograph as a single project — duplexes, simplex apartments, SUM, pool plaza and terraces each want their own image language. The task was to hold the set together: consistent camera heights, a warm interior palette carried through every space, and exteriors that treat the building as a single object at the skyline, not a stack of different apartments. Day and dusk were matched pairs — the same camera position, the same crop, twelve hours apart.
