A refurbishment brief for one of the characteristic addresses on Sveavägen, a central Stockholm avenue with layered building fabric from several eras. The project, led by a Swedish architectural studio with MOD Group as client, asked for visualization that could carry a sensitive restoration proposal through approvals and marketing.
The building is not being replaced — it is being refined. That puts visualization under a different kind of pressure: the images must convince stakeholders that the proposed intervention respects what is already there. Material truth in the facade, daylight accurate to Stockholm's latitude, and careful framing that lets the existing architecture keep its voice while the new work reads as a contemporary layer.
