A gated community sold before it is laid out — aerials that argue for the plan, and ground-level frames that fill in the inhabited version.
Approach

Brief and build.

A master-planned gated community outside Mar del Plata — developer Gama, architects DePazSalasRomussi. Organic street grid, integrated green infrastructure, central club house, youth sector, phased amenity release. Delivered with large-format aerial master-plan compositions plus amenity-level context.

"Selling a neighbourhood before it's laid out asks the aerials to make the argument for the plan."

Master-planned communities live or die on the aerial. Buyers are essentially asked to commit to a street grid before it exists — so the aerial has to do two things at once: show the organic logic of the plan, and make it feel already-inhabited. Ground-level amenity imagery carries the second half of the argument — the club house, the pool, the youth sector all rendered as places to return to.
